Returns may be made within 30 days receipt of purchase. Items must be received in re-sellable condition, i.e., unused/unopened products. All sale, clearance, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Contact us at james10323@aol.com to obtain an exchange or return authorization number, and the proper address. Please do not send any merchandise back to us prior to receiving proper authorization. We do not reimburse shipping fees.

Shipping and Handling

Dusty Paws offers three levels of delivery service from UPS. Shipping and handling cost for all items are determined according to the weight and destination and will be calculated upon check out. (No P.O. Boxes) International orders outside of the US will require extra shipping. We will e-mail you the additional charges on International orders once we receive your order.

Residents of the State of Arizona will be responsible for an additional 6.3% sales tax of the purchase price of the item. Items that are in-stock will be shipped out 1-2 days after receiving the order. If the items you ordered are not in stock, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery.
